As evidenced by recent Blog history, I have exhausted many of the subjects I wanted to discuss regarding the iPad. But in getting to this point, I have created another activity for “Seniors with iPads” called StoryTelling which I am really enjoying. This is of course documenting real life events that are unusual enough to perhaps be of interest to others. Written with my iPad Notes AppSince I love to write and the Notes pad on the iPad is so easy to use from my recliner, I thought I’d revisit Notes in “iPad Notes App Part 2”. I use Notes to write all my emails because it is so easy. I write the email notes and edit them for mistakes in Notes. Then I hit the small square with the arrow pointing up at the top of the page. I select mail and the note goes into email format ready to add “to” addresses and “cc” addresses. So I send all my emails in a very comfortable position. Continue reading

Initially the goal was to get some much needed exercise and to entertain some of the special groups such as nursing homes in our free time, but it developed into to much more than that. iPad Games
iPad Games
I prefer Games that challenge your intelligence a little. Although I have tried many of the game apps available, I prefer the Zynga Poker app for daily play. I play the play money version of Texas Hold Em. I started out with 4000 free chips and have played my way up to 10,000,000 chips. Generally, I play at least an hour a day. It’s fun and I get to play with real people from all over the world. The orientals play nearly every hand going “all in”,

I love to create character doodles as a form of original art. I will share some of my characters to spice up the blog and maybe make it a little more interesting. I have enjoyed creating these characters since my early years. My friends and family seem to enjoy it and maybe you will too.
