As a boy, I spend a lot of time in the canyons,
Checking out critters I saw there on the run.
One of my favorites critters that I did often see,
Was the collared lizard looking so cool to me.

It has now been a month since I wrote a Hawg Jaw blog,
Since it was my birthday month, I did well without the Hawg.
I have gotten a little bit restless since March came around,

To visit Dale and Sandy at their condo up on the ridge.

There’s a wildlife preserve and museum not too far,
Just a few miles from Bartlesville in our RAV4 car,
Called Woolaroc created by Frank Phillips years ago,

And a Lodge visit where they film her show on ranch ground,
