I have many favorite photos of my grandsons Luke and Zack,
The poem presents some of them that I cherish, that’s a fact.
When you see the wild precious young men for your own self,
Perhaps you will understand why I keep them on my top shelf.

Luke and Zack have a very small dog that they do love so much.
Who really loves both of those boys even with their rough touch.
Their dog Frodo has a little of his tongue hanging on out some.
I love this photo of the boys in bed with the dog as their chum.

Sometimes brothers like to tell each other good things to do,
I think Luke is telling Zack that “if candy canes taste good to you,
You should try them dipped in Coke to give them more flavor,”
I love it when brothers share with each other as a special favor.

My grandsons are masters at roll playing just to have more fun.
It feels like that young one is ready to fly up and kick you some.
On this day, they were marshal arts masters looking so serious,
Those looks on their faces almost makes you feel so delirious.

My grandsons both love playing outdoors and climbing trees,
They look right at home up there in the tree looking out to see
If there are any storm troopers closing in on their present position,
That might affect the current attack before the dawn decision.

An important time in the life of any young boy is Christmas time.
It’s easier to control boys who must be nice and toe the line,
In order to be good so old Santa will bring lots of nice presents,
I can tell in the photo Luke and Zack are being so very pleasant.

You can tell from this picture there is a lot of brotherly love showing.
These two brothers will only get closer as they continue growing,
Let’s face it, the closest ties are formed by close family bonds,
While schooling, dating, hunting, playing and fishing the ponds.

A grandfather knows his grandsons are always so very unique,
Doing well in school and good at everything in which they compete.
I love to see these boys hugging being so close to one another,
Learning the very best thing in life is to always love each other.

Here’s a special picture showing some bad bandits on the run.
That little guy in back looks like he might have a hidden gun.
They have so much fun dressing up and acting out a real roll,
Looks like they could end up being actors with very much soul.

These special boys pose well for pictures with that sincere look,
This one looks like a photo that could be published in a book.
It may be their good looks that they got from both side families,
They will both do great no matter what may be their destinies.

I guess it’s time to say good by as Zack waves us a big adieu,
I love the affection my “grand boys” have for each other so true.
It makes me proud to be their PoPo remembering when I was a boy,
Also loving my brother as we grew up together with great joy.
