Misques And The Cuties traveled to Sedan, Kansas annually,
To help them celebrate the Yellow Brick Road festival, you see,
We marched in their parade, then danced in the street,
Putting on a show they all loved with our clog dancing feet. Continue reading
Tulsa Octoberfest

Each October 1990 to 1999, we danced at Tulsa Octoberfest,
With Misques and the Cuties fun clog group at their best.
Each year we picked up a Tulsa Octoberfest poster,
As a souvenir of our great times performing on their roster
As I display each years poster in the verses of this poem,
I’ll present pictures of the Misques over the years glowing.
I think you will be able to see from the pictures in here.
How much fun we had with those crowds that loudly cheered.

Over our years , Pam and I saw many honky tonk stars live,
We loved all of the live shows drinking beer as we did jive.
If they had a dance floor, we danced to the stars,
Getting lost in the music, moving around that floor so far.

Pam always had to get a signed picture of the honky tonker,
Most of the stars signed “To Pam” which really zonked her.

Action Toons take a little longer to draw in my free time,
But I seem to have plenty of time to draw and to rhyme.

There were times I was very proud of the weight Pam carried.
