Going through life, I have run across people with bad habits.
Nothing really too bad, but sometimes it was annoying to see it.
I know that I have done some things that bothers others some too,

We lived in a company house in Phillips, Texas, as I grew up,
We never ate out so my Mom cooked every meal for us to sup.

My Granddad Frank had a metal tackle box he kept in the garage,
I loved the old wooden fishing lures looking like a nice art collage,
They were made of wood and some had glass eyes so great.

During the period from 1986 through 1996, we clogged as a family,
We all loved to clog and got in to national competition so happily,
Although we did it for pure family fun and enjoyment on the way,

In spring 2007, we had an outing to Lee’s Resort on Grand Lake,
It was late April and I was ready for a long weekend of fun to take,
