I found a pile of pictures of our daughter Kristi today,
That I think she pulled out long ago to take over her way,
But stashed them and they got buried here to then stay.
I loved the old pictures and put them in the blog this day.

Pictures Of Little Kristi

The first picture is Kristi and cousin Deborah, her pard,
In their yellow outfits sitting in their granddaddies yard.
Kristi’s tight curls are starting to bloom out so very fast.
They both look puzzled sitting in that sharp sticking grass.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

.

Kristi and I are in our backyard in Arroyo Verde in Fritch,
Checking out a big watermelon we grew without a hitch.
She looks real proud of that black diamond melon so fine,
She was happy when we pulled it and on its meat did dine.

Kristi took twirling and wore a blue outfit that looked great.
Being so cute, they put her up front to lead the twirler slate,
As they marched in long parades twirling for the big crowd,
In Shamrock and Pampa, Texas, with the crowd cheering loud.

Kristi invited Deborah to play on her brand new set of swings,
There in her backyard in Fritch that old Santa Claus did bring.
They kind of look like wild Indians out there as they do play,
Which is also how they acted playing together on that day.

All the girls played “dress up” at the Rickard’s South Fork cabin,
This is Emily and Kristi in some old costumes they dressed in.
Cory and Tamara also played dress up with them on that day,
And they seem to be having a fantastic time modeling that way.

In Oklahoma City, Kristi joined her first troop as a new Brownie,
You can tell just by looking at her she was as proud as can be,
Standing so tall there with that great big old smile on her face,
She made a lot of day trips out in the country to new fun places.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

.

There was a fine show on TV called “Wonder Woman” so fun,
And Kristi loved that show in her new swim suit out in the sun,
Standing in front of our wisteria bush in Oklahoma City then,
As we were headed over to our area pool to swim with a grin.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

.

Here’s Kristi in front of that wisteria bush headed out to school,
With a brand new dress and white tights looking so very cool.
She is holding a brand new crayons bag full of her supplies,
Looking happy as can be with a little bit of sun in her eyes.

Kristi moved down to Houston when the next picture was shot,
She was in her Rattlers cheer leading outfit looking so hot.
Kneeling down on one knee with those red and white pompoms,
With that beautiful smile shining bright with much more to come.

The next picture is little Kristi with cousin Chad dressed to a tee,
As they head to church with PoPo at his South Fork cabin, you see.
I love that pretty dress Kristi is wearing with long white socks,
And that cute little man brown suit Chad wears like a little jock.
