More Quiet Time
Often times when I was about 10 years old, I would feel the need to get away and do something by myself that was both mind soothing and fun. This is one of the things I enjoyed doing by myself.
Feeling rested, revitalized, and ready to go for a while longer.
More Quiet Time
Many times in the Spring of the year when the weather was cool when I was 10 years old, I would head outside and find a spot I could be by myself. I would locate myself so I had a good view of the blue sky with the white fluffy cumulus clouds slowly floating by, and let my imagination run wild as I looked for animals shaped by the random cumulus clouds as they passed by in the sky. I had quite an imagination back then so I thought it would be fun to pretend I was still a young man and pull some cumulus cloud pictures off the internet and tell you what I see in them. Perhaps you will see what I see, or perhaps you may see something totally different. So here we go.
In this cumulus cloud formation, I see a majestic male lion sitting up proudly displaying his mane. To his left laying on the ground is a female lion looking up at the male as if she is admiring him. In front to the right a little is a female lion laying on the ground with her mouth open letting out a loud roar as if I were disturbing their tranquillity.
In the cloud rolling by, I see a giant sea turtle swimming freely in the deep blue waters off the coast of Austrailia heading for the white sandy beaches to lay and bury her eggs.
Would you look at that white chicken fixing to lay an egg. If we wait a couple of minutes that egg will come rolling out.
Look, it’s a big bull jumping over a matador with a cape that he has knocked to the ground. If you look closely under the bull’s stomach you can even see a big pair of cahoneys
I see see a rather porky horse with her butt towards us giving birth to a new born colt who is lying on the ground underneath her. My my, it a girl.
On the lower left side of the cloud, I see a snow panther with his head extended up as if he has just caught a snow fox for his supper. On the lower right side I see the abominable snow man with his arms extended as if he is running away from an avalanche.
I see a prehistoric crocodile with fire coming out of his mouth as he prepares to attack his prey.
Wow, I had really forgotten how mush fun it is to watch the clouds and find all kinds of animals lurking up there in the sky. Next time you get outside and see a batch of cumulus clouds search around, there’s no telling what you might find.
