Chubheads

Chubheads are between Fathead and Bighead toons,
Some of them are a bit wrinkled kind of like old prunes.
They have medium sized heads with small little bodies,
Wearing bright colored clothes for everyone to see.

.

The Green Wizz” is a dude I saw on an old cartoon,
That may have been blue called a Smurf that did croon.
But I drew him anyway as a wizard with a magic wand,
From many Harry Potter movies shown in this land.

.

“Monroe” is a guy that once lived in our bachelor house,
That liked to drink that Bud Light and get real soused.
He was kind of a wild man out with all of us old boys,
And bought a Harley Sportster as one of his big toys.

.

“Francisco” is a Spanish guy way out in Texas country,
Who liked to play with Big Balls for his friends to see,
He waved that red cape until that bull came a running,
Then out ran him to the fence with all of his cunning.

.

“Boone” is an old mountain man that roamed in Kentucky,
Wearing a coon skin hat for all the wild Indians to see.
Holding a Bowie knife that he won from a good friend,
Named Jim Bowie as he played Stud Poker with him.

.

“Earl” is a friend of a renegade outlaw named Jesse James,
Who decided to rob Wells Fargo to make him a name.
But he forgot to put his neckerchief over his own face,
And they quickly arrested and put him in his jail place.

.

“Bubbles” was an unhappy young man trying to play,
To make that old frown on his face quickly go away.
By blowing bubbles that float way up into the sky.
Hoping to regain that old twinkle back into his eyes.

.

“Flying Eagle” is an Indian brave on the war path,
Looking for a pale face head to split with his axe.
After the head is split, he’ll give the body 40 whacks,
And then scalp the split head to hang on his steel axe.

.

“Jelly Belly” forgot to put sun block on his fat body,
Then went to sleep in the sun for everyone to then see.
He now looks as red as a beet standing there in pain,
Wishing he could go back and put on sun block again.

.

“High pockets” was inspired by the later years of my daddy,
Who buckled his own belt just under his two titties.
I think I might also be more comfortable that way,
But I just can’t bring myself to be high pockets in my day.

.

“Fat Hand” is a Drill Sargent I knew while in the Army,
Who handed us those clubs while teaching us to play.
We beat each other about the head and face then,
Learning hand to hand combat trying hard to win.
