Because It’s You

.

Sometimes our loved ones mean more to us than they know,
And we need to make an effort to tell them we love them so.
The poem expresses my appreciation to Pam for all she does,
Perhaps this short little poem will start a little bit of a buzz.

Because It’s You

.

Sometimes I wonder why I do some of the things you ask me to,
Let’s face it, I do them for only one reason, because it’s you.
If you would ask me to coo a little just like a mourning dove,
I would certainly do it with style, because it’s you I do love.

 

 

.

I remember that time you asked me to learn to square dance,
I resisted and tried to talk you out of it as my charm I did enhance,
But you ask me very sweetly, and I just had to see it through,
We both know I learned to dance well just because it’s you.

 

.

 

We had so many great times loving life all along the way 

 

 

.

I’ve always been so thankful that I listened to you and did go,
Because it became a part of our life that we both did love so.
Many times I was hesitant to do things that I let you talk me into.
I had more fun doing them than you ever knew, because it’s you.

 

 

.

Thank you Pam for teaching me to love life and for being you,
It would not be the same without you being there to see me through,
You have always been a very faithful happy loving wife so true,
That I love with all my heart and soul, just because it’s you.

 

 

 

.

We’ve traveled a lot of miles together loving life and loving each other.
