In 10 years, what will the future bring for our children,
I’ll make a few predictions about that future time herein.
So hold onto your hat as this fast trip is about to begin.
My first prediction is that I will be so long gone by then.

In November, 2016, a Republican president will be elected,
Our Nation will start to recover soon after he is selected.
It will take time because of the mess democrats did make.
But we will see progress for our own grandchildren’s sake.

An attempt may be made on our new presidents life,
Because of radical changes he makEs to end the strife.
Terrorists will be dealt with before bad things go down
And we will keep our money to help the poor in our towns.

We will quit giving money to poor countries on the take.
And tighten borders to stop all freeloaders on the make.
Radical change is what is needed and it will surely come.
To get us headed in the right direction to get the job done.

I predict we will have personal wireless electronic devices
That sits by our chair that are intelligent, learning our vices,
It will learn what we like and make us comfortable there.
I will call mine Faith if I live long enough to have one near.

I think we will have round theater rooms at home to enter.
With easy chairs arranged in a circle facing to the center,
With true 3 D projections to the very center of that space,
We can watch as if we are right in the middle with grace.

I predict the education our grandchildren will get today,
With wireless devices and the Internet information, per say,
Will be better than my college Bachelor of Science degree,
By the time they graduate high school so happy and free.

I predict my daughters will publish a book after I’m gone,
Called “Our Dad” that contains all of my blogs, bar none.
That will do well with lots of readers and very big sales,
Growing to a number one best seller, all others to pale.

A movie company will contact them to make a big movie,
Called “An Average American Man” for real big money.
And old Hawg Jaw Bill will leave his legacy for the shelf
With a little bit of gold and a whole lot there about himself.

I predict they will get a talented actor named Chris Pine,
To play old Hawg Jaw when he was young looking so fine.
I think Chris will represent me well upon that big screen.
Perhaps even driving some of the young ladies to scream.

I guess that you may now think that I am very unusual.
But to tell to the truth, I just don’t really give a rats ass.
As I’m just an old wrink butt who mostly lived in the past.
