Hawg Jaw Nachos

I’m a fast and easy, tastes good guy, when it comes to snacks,
So here’s a treat I whip up for Pam and I when a hunger attack
Shows up late at night while streaming in the “Blacklist” TV show,
That is a bit spicy, but it kills those old hunger pangs, you know.

Hawg Jaw Nachos

You start with a big old.hand full of Doritos Spicy Nacho chips,
Then lay them on a paper plate in your hand with a light grip.
With your hand open, lightly mash them until they’re level and flat,
Leaving nice bite sized chips there on the plate just like that.

Open a four once can of those fresh hot roasted green chilies,
And spread half them evenly on the chips surface nice and frilly
Being careful to not to leave any great big green hot chilie piles,
That may burn your mouth and take away your very nice smile.

Then you quarter one slice of that round Colby jack cheese.
And lay the quarters on top evenly like small pieces of pie, please.
This gives a flavorful cheese base to hold things together in there,
And looks kind of pleasing to the eye if you really even do care.

Open one jar of Tostitos medium salsa con queso cheese dip,
And spoon one fourth of it on top of everything smoothing it.
Well, I didn’t say it was low calorie nachos that I was making.
But the cheese dip makes it gooey and so very good tasting.

To top it all off, sprinkle a handful of Kraft grated sharp cheddar,
On the top over everything to give it that very special flavor,
That will tingle your toes when you take that very first big bite,
Starting you off on that wonderful tastes good personal flight.

If you really feel industrious and want to make nachos supreme,
Brown an eighth pound of Jimmy Dean hot sausage so keen.
And sprinkle it crumbled over the top of everything else there,
And you will then have the very best nachos found anywhere.

But, if you’re lazy like me, just slice some sausage and black olives and lay them on top.

To finish them off, place them in the microwave oven center,
And cook them until the cheese is all bubbly hot, a real winner.
All there is left to do is enjoy those nachos in your easy chair,
Perhaps the most satisfying treat found out there anywhere.

You can lay a few slices of jalapeño on top to spice it up more, if you want.

These nachos are not for you unless you like things real spicy,
As they will warm you up, as you eat them right on down nicely.
Possibly burning your palate just a little there is just no doubt.
They will also burn your asshole a little when they’re on the way out.
