The Rhythm Aces were quite a competition clog team ,
With lots of older adult energy like you’ve never seen.
All the members are still out there with big smiling faces.
Here’s a memoir or two that I saved for their good graces.

Aces Memoirs

The first year in Ozark, Missouri, the Rhythm Aces did well,
We won a table full of trophies while raising a little hell
If fact we made the local news paper in a nice write up,
So here’s the write up we got after that mustard we cut.

The next year was great for the fun old Aces on the run
We entered a dance in every category just for some fun.
At Silver Dollar City National Clog competition in July,
So here’s the write up we got after catching the judges eye.

We started the Rhythm Aces to have fun with our friends,
And I can assure you we all met our goal as we did win.
But if we had never got a single trophy in competition,
The love and friendship derived was our best recognition.
