I think we all had a favorite teacher while at Phillips High School.
Mine was Mr. Cecil George whose teaching methods were so cool.
He taught American History with an enthusiasm like no other,

In the hot summertime days, the best place for a kid to play,
Is in the swim pool where the water is so cool during the day.

Kids From School

This is a few short verses about some friends of mine in school,
Most of us thought that we were kind of hep and super cool.
But there were those kids that thought their stuff just didn’t stink,
That thought the rest of us were just nerds not fit for their blink.
