As we go through our own special routines day by day,
We often get expressions on our faces as we do play.
I picked some portrait pictures from my cloud today,
To interpret the feelings their expressions did display.

The first picture is Sarah, a granddaughter of mine,
She’s extremely happy as she walks along so fine,
As if she’s heading into Brahms to get a big ice cream.
With her big smile and dimples looking like a dream.

Ben is next smelling a beautiful red and white rose,
Thinking “this is not very manly so I’ll crinkle my nose,
And look a little mean and sour for this picture pose.
Closed eyes ought to complete my portrait, I suppose”.

Zack looks like he has just seen something amazing,
With his eyes open so wide that they must be glazing.
And there could even be just a small touch of fright.
Perhaps watching a scary movie part in very dim light.

I love this look that’s on Luke’s face, meek and shy.
He looks like he’s gotten away with something on the sly,
With a light shining in his eye and just a hint of a smirk,
Thinking “I’ll get away with it so Mom won’t go berserk.”

Next is our Tamara that seems to be acting a little silly,
Seeming to be thinking, “if you take that picture Billy,
I’ll show you my chewed up burger and make you sick,”
I got to see the nasty stuff as that camera did click.

Carl was over for Christmas Dinner one year long ago,
Looking a little bit embarrassed holding the big rolls.
He seems to be thinking, “these remind me of big tits,”
As he cuts his eyes with a sheepish grin looking so fit.

Here is Brandi looking so cute holding a new phone,
She is extremely excited and so happy there alone,
Filled with joy about using her entertainment center,
What a great feeling to have a phone for an adventure.

This is Buffalo Bob at his rustic South Fork cabin,
He is very happy as he heads on outside to begin,
A big camp fire in the cool evening to have a big roast,
For weenies, marshmallows, and stories of ghosts.

Tamara just whispered something in Brenda’s ear,
And she seems to be flabbergasted with her stare,
She looks surprised and maybe a little bit upset,
I sure hope I’m not in trouble as I haven’t rested yet.

Darena seems to be thinking “not another photo,
I will try hard to force a smile for one more on the go.
Wait don’t snap that picture as I’m not ready yet,
Oh no, Bill will write funny things on that one I won’t forget”.

.

Pam just sat down looking exhausted sitting there,
She’s been working hard and just sat down, I swear.
She seems to be thinking “I’m just too tired to smile,
But I’ll try after I sit right here and rest a little while”.

.

MaMo Barringer is next looking just a little bit high,
And happy celebrating New Years Eve on the fly,
Having a little bit of champagne with us while here,
Blowing that horn when 12 MN came around so clear.

Now you have my interpretation of picture expressions,
They may or may not be accurate self impressions,
But they seem to fit and it was fun to read the nice faces,
Of fine family members from many different places.
